How to lose weight quickly in summer?
1. Breakfast is a must: Breakfast consists of a bowl of soy milk, an egg, a vegetable bun, or a bowl of tofu pudding and an egg. The body gets most of its nutrition in the morning, and the energy level of the day is also largely determined by breakfast. Therefore, it is very important to ensure a balanced breakfast.
