Pressing the stomach with fingertips

Using the tips of your index and middle fingers, press the center point between your sternum and navel. This acupressure method can fill your stomach and relieve hunger. When doing this action, you should move back and forth quickly, at a frequency of three times per second, for more significant results.

Pressing the lips

This hand gesture is best used before meals. Place your index finger on the philtrum and your thumb on the front of your lips, and quickly pinch 30 times. This acupressure method can quickly control your appetite and make your stomach no longer feel hungry. Because this method is not very aesthetically pleasing, it is best not to do it in public.

Eliminate tension and stop the urge to eat.

Many people unconsciously eat as a way to relieve tension, meaning they end up eating a lot without realizing it. In such cases, acupressure can help relieve tension and prevent fat accumulation. You can use your left and right hands to apply pressure to each other, starting from below the index finger and working down to the elbow joint. Repeating this several times can eliminate tension and relieve stress, thus preventing the onset of weight gain.

Snack control acupressure method

Many women gain weight not because they eat too much staple food, but because they eat too many snacks. Snacks are high in calories, and eating too many easily turns into fat and accumulates in the body. Press the inside of your left wrist with your right index and middle fingers, slowly moving from below your thumb to in front of your little finger (you can also use your left fingers to press your right wrist). Massage like this for a few minutes to control your urge to snack, so you don't have to worry about snacking interfering with your weight loss.
