1. Stir-fried shredded potatoes with vinegar

Rinse the shredded potatoes in water to remove the starch and prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Use the same ingredients as for stir-fried cabbage with vinegar, but do not thicken with cornstarch.

2. Cabbage and radish soup

Finely chop 500 grams of Chinese cabbage heart and thinly slice 120 grams of white radish. Add 800 ml of water and boil down to 400 ml. Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Take 200 ml each time, twice a day, for three to four days to cure the condition.

3. Apple honey water

Peel 5 apples, cut them into small pieces, add 1 liter of water, boil for 5 minutes, let it cool naturally to 40℃, add a little lemon juice and an appropriate amount of honey, stir well, and drink small amounts several times a day.

4. Ginger and radish soup

Combine 25g shredded ginger and 50g sliced ​​radish with 500ml water and boil for 15 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Take 200ml each time, 1-2 times a day.

5. Scallion and Garlic Congee

Take 10 clean scallions (white part only), chop them, add 3 cloves of garlic and 50 grams of rice, and cook them into porridge with water. Take 150 ml each time, twice a day.

6. Onion beverage

Chop one onion, add 250 ml of fresh milk, bring to a boil, let cool naturally, add an appropriate amount of honey, and take 100 ml before bedtime.

7. Ginger Cola

Boil 50 grams of fresh ginger slices in 1000 ml of cola, drink it hot, 100 ml each time, several times a day.

8. Orange peel and rock sugar beverage

Take 50 grams of fresh orange peel, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and steep in boiling water to make a tea.

9. Honeysuckle and Mint Drink

Take 30 grams of honeysuckle, 10 grams of mint, and 60 grams of fresh reed rhizome. First, add 500 ml of water to the honeysuckle and reed rhizome and boil for 15 minutes. 10. Stir-fried cabbage with vinegar

Take about 400 grams of the second and third layers of leaves from a bok choy and slice them diagonally. Heat oil in a wok, add about 10 peppercorns and fry until they turn black, then add the bok choy. Immediately add a small wine glass of rice vinegar to the wok, stir-fry, add a little sugar and MSG, stir-fry again, add salt to taste, and thicken with a little cornstarch before serving.

11. Stir-fried bean sprouts with vinegar

After frying the bean sprouts in vinegar, stir-fry them immediately, adding appropriate amounts of MSG and salt. Remove from heat immediately. Use high heat and stir-fry quickly to keep the bean sprouts largely intact.

II. What should you eat if you have a cold caused by wind and cold?

1. Orange Peel Drink

Take 30 grams of fresh orange peel or 15 grams of dried orange peel, add 750 ml of water, simmer until reduced to 500 ml, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and drink.

2. Garlic and Brown Sugar Drink

Take 15 grams each of garlic and ginger, slice them, add 500 ml of water, and simmer until reduced to 250 ml. Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar before going to bed and take it.

3. Cabbage soup

Take 3 Chinese cabbage roots, wash and slice them, add 3 scallion roots, simmer in 500 ml of water to make a soup, add a little white sugar and drink while hot. Alternatively, take 250 grams of Chinese cabbage heart, add 60 grams of white radish, simmer in water, add an appropriate amount of brown sugar, eat the vegetables and drink the soup.

4. Ginger and mustard green soup

Wash and chop 500g of fresh mustard greens, slice 10g of ginger, add 2000ml of water, simmer until reduced to 1000ml, season with salt and drink in divided doses.

5. Fried rice porridge with ginger

Slice 30-50 grams of ginger and 50 grams of fried rice, cook them together into porridge, and season with salt before eating.

6. Mulberry Leaf and Mint Drink

Take 6 grams of mulberry leaves, 15 grams of bamboo leaves, 6 grams of chrysanthemum, 3 grams of mint, and an appropriate amount of white sugar. Boil the mulberry leaves, chrysanthemum, and bamboo leaves in an appropriate amount of water, then pour the liquid into a teacup. Add an appropriate amount of white sugar before drinking, like tea. (Note: Not suitable for those with external wind-cold without sweating.)

7. Five-Ingredient Soup

Take 10 grams of Schizonepeta tenuifolia, 10 grams of ginger, 10 grams of Perilla frutescens leaves, 30 grams of brown sugar, and 6 grams of tea leaves. Chop the Schizonepeta tenuifolia, Perilla frutescens leaves, and ginger into coarse pieces, and place them in a porcelain jar with the tea leaves. Pour boiling water over them and cover tightly. Place the brown sugar in another bowl, pour the hot infused liquid over it, mix well, and simmer over low heat until boiling. Drink the liquid while it is still hot. After drinking, cover yourself with a blanket and lie down until you sweat slightly, at which point the fever will subside. Reheat the remaining liquid and drink it as tea. (Note: Contraindicated for those with wind-heat syndrome.)

III. What should you eat if you have a cold caused by wind-heat?

1. Pear juice

Take one pear, wash it, chop it up with the peel on, add rock sugar, steam it in a double boiler, and drink it. This is suitable for coughs caused by wind-heat.

2. Chrysanthemum tea

Soak 60 grams each of Hangzhou chrysanthemum and wolfberry in an appropriate amount of Shaoxing wine for 10-20 days, remove the residue, add a little honey, and drink 25 ml each morning and evening. This is suitable for headaches caused by wind-heat colds.

3. Olive and reed root tea

Take 4 salted olives and 30 grams of reed rhizome, add 1000 ml of water, decoct until 500 ml remains, and drink.

4. Daylily and Brown Sugar Tea

Take 30 grams each of daylily and brown sugar, add water and decoct for oral administration.

5. Radish drink

Wash and slice 250 grams of white radish, add 750 ml of water and simmer until reduced to 500 ml. Add a little white sugar and consume half while hot. Then consume the remaining half 30 minutes later.

6. Double Flower Drink

Take 15 grams of honeysuckle, 50 grams of honey, and 10 grams of indigo leaves. Put the honeysuckle and indigo leaves into a pot, add water and boil. After 3 minutes, pour out the liquid, add honey, stir well and drink as tea.
