NEW ARRIVAL

Notes on yoga and vegetarian food

In this dry season, traditional Chinese medicine suggests that women should drink more soups that soothe the throat and lungs. White fungus, which is known as "the poor man's bird's nest," is a good choice.

PREFACE

White fungus

シロキクラゲ

White fungus is rich in polysaccharides, which can promote antibody formation and enhance the body's immune function. It can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, thus protecting the intestines. It can relieve constipation and improve diarrhea in people with poor digestion, aiding in detoxification and improving dull skin. White fungus is also rich in dietary fiber, which can reduce cholesterol and sugar absorption in the intestines, lowering blood cholesterol and stabilizing blood sugar. Furthermore, it is rich in collagen, replenishing lost collagen in the skin, increasing skin hydration, and making the skin whiter and more supple. As we age, joints lose lubricating fluid; the collagen in white fungus can replenish this lost fluid.
